All Types of Stucco Repair

We specialize in the repair of water intrusion issues on existing commercial and multi-family buildings. We place special emphasis on the integration of waterproofing and drainage elements located behind building cladding. We have learned that careful integration of backing, waterproofing, drainage and sheet metal components into the wall system can mean the difference between cladding that fails after just a few years or perform “problem free” for decades.
 

Custom Flashing Design & Installation

We assist in the design, fabrication & installation of custom metal flashing. Although not exhaustive the flashings we provide are:

• Roof to Wall Transition Flashings
• Stucco Penetration Flashings
• Custom Saddle Flashings

We use heavier gauge material than flimsy off-the-shelf flashings and incorporate important water drainage elements such as *hems*, *interlocking ends* with *soldered inside and outside corners*. Proper flashings play a very important roll in a buildings Water Management System (WMS).
 

Architectural Shapes

We assist in the design, fabrication and installation of Architectural Shapes such as:
